These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related services operated by Solidcore Tech, Inc., including MyBlueLodge and other applications we may provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. About the Services

Solidcore Tech, Inc. develops and operates mobile applications, websites, and related technology services. MyBlueLodge is one such application operated by Solidcore Tech, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Access and Authentication

Some features of the Services may require account access or identity verification. To help protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access, Solidcore Tech, Inc. may send one-time passcodes (“OTP”) or other verification messages by SMS when requested by a user during login or authentication.

By entering your mobile phone number and tapping a login or verification button such as Send Code, you request and consent to receive a one-time SMS verification message for authentication purposes.

These authentication messages are transactional and are sent only in response to your request to log in or verify your identity. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this authentication flow.

Message frequency varies based on your login activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate information when using the Services.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access methods you use.
• Promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
• Not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Transmit harmful code, malware, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Services.

6. SMS Terms

SMS messages sent through the Services are intended solely for authentication, security, and related service functions requested by the user.

You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you are authorized to use. Solidcore Tech, Inc. is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers, devices, network conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Consent to receive authentication SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. However, certain account features may not function if SMS-based authentication is required and you do not provide a mobile number.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their content, design, software, branding, graphics, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Solidcore Tech, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use our materials without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to third-party tools, hosting providers, analytics services, authentication systems, and messaging providers. We are not responsible for the independent policies, content, or practices of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, or error-free.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLIDCORE TECH, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLIDCORE TECH, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SOLIDCORE TECH, INC. FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solidcore Tech, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Solidcore Tech, Inc. is organized or principally operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
